We collect: your email address and name (for your account), activity data you upload (FIT/GPX files, GPS tracks, performance metrics), nutrition and notes you log, and profile information you provide (age, weight, gender, heart rate data).
Your data is used solely to provide the UltraCoach service — generating AI training reports, computing your baseline, and displaying your activity history. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
When you generate an AI report, relevant activity data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We send only the data necessary to generate your report.
Your data is stored on servers located in the Czech Republic. We use standard security practices to protect it. FIT files are stored for activities uploaded in the last 12 months (bulk imports) or all single uploads.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can delete individual activities from within the app.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
